Dr. Rahul Chowdhury is an illustrious, dynamic, young, enthusiastic, quality driven and results orientated professional with over 15 years of demonstrated success in the field of Hospitality. Mr. Chowdhury is an alumnus from IHM Bhubaneswar & was also the topper of college. He was conferred the “Best Student of the Academic Year Award” from NCHMCT “Govt. of India” for securing the first position. He also holds an MBA degree in from a prestigious University & was placed in the 1st Division. His operational experiences range from working with leading hotel chains: The Fairmont, Taj group of hotels & luxury cruise-liners- among others. He has travelled to different corners of the globe including Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Middle - east & Antarctica in pursuit of professional excellence. His academic experiences include working as the Hospitality Faculty-In-charge of Food and Beverage & Training & Placement operations at School of Hospitality and Culinary Art, The Neotia University (Ambuja Neotia Group). Apart from publishing several research papers in renowned Journals, Edited books & International Conferences, Dr. Chowdhury has also been invited as guest speaker in several National & International Conferences & Talk shows. Dr Chowdhury has also completed his PhD in Management from Sister Nivedita University.

Mr.Ayanangshu Mandal is a result-driven professional with 15 years of academic and industry experience. He is an alumnus from one of the premiere hospitality institutions in Eastern India, under the aegis of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. IHM Kolkata & also holds an MBA Degree with 1st division marks.
Mr. Mandal is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Exam Coordinator in the School of Hospitality & Tourism, at Sister Nivedita University, Kolkata. He is also the departmental NSS coordinator. His specialization includes the Rooms Division & he ensures seamless operation
His industry experiences range from working with leading hotel chains. His academic experience includes working as an Assistant Professor at Pailan College of Management & Technology, Swami Vivekananda University, and other renowned institutions. He is also pursuing Ph.D. from a reputed University. Apart from publishing several research papers in renowned journals, Mr. Mandal has also been invited as a guest speaker at several conferences. Mr Mandal likes interacting with people, mentoring as well as motivating students in multiple ways, and is an avid follower of games like cricket, carom & soccer.

Mr. Dwaipayan Nag is from the field of Hospitality & Tourism, with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources. He holds a Bachelor degree from IHM -Kolkata, graduating first division as well as a Masters in Hospitality Management with specialization in HR. With three years of academic experience, he has developed a deep expertise in the intersection of marketing strategies and HR practices along with the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. His research interests include approaches to customer relationship management, brand positioning and the development of effective HR policies that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. Being associated with several notable management colleges adds onto his professional and academic experience.

He has been trained in upkeep the correct aesthetic of the department. He is having seven years of skilled experience in Food & Beverage service and accommodation operations.
