The School of Architecture and Planning (SAP) at Sister Nivedita University is founded with a vision to impart critical thinking, essential research, interdisciplinary discourse and industry based practical knowledge to its students and emerge as flagship courses from Eastern India. The school envisions the city of Calcutta as a laboratory with which it interacts and actively engages with its people, places and projects in learning for a contextual and sustainable development solutions. The school follows a multidisciplinary curriculum and an evolved integrated pedagogy of teaching by distinguished and acclaimed  faculty drawn from renowned institutions from India and abroad, educational infrastructure with modern equipment’s, online management learning systems  and  offline facilities from its inception in 2020.
