The refund policy strictly follows the UGC Public Notice dated 07.10.2024. Time of Withdrawal of Admission

Refund Amount

15 days or more before the formally notified last

date of admission

100% refund (Rs. 1000 processing fee

deducted)

Less than 15 days before the last date of

admission

50% refund of total fees

After commencement of classes and up to 15

days of commencement

25% refund

After 15 days from commencement of classes

No refund permissible

Refund Process

  • Candidate must submit a written request through the CRM portal.
  • Refund will be processed once the current year admission gets closed.
  • Documentary evidence (fee receipt, admission letter, ID proof) must be submitted.

 

No Refund Cases

  • If admission is cancelled due to submission of fake documents.
  • Disciplinary expulsion.
