The School of International Languages at Sister Nivedita University proudly hosted “Lingua’25: A Celebration of International Languages and Culture” on 20th August 2025. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Mrs. Barbara Voss, Consul General of Germany (Kolkata), Mr. Yoshihisa Ishikawa, Consul General of Japan (Kolkata), and Mr. Qin Yong, Deputy Consul General of China (Kolkata).
From Sister Nivedita University, the event was attended by Prof. Dhrubajyoti Chattopadhyay, Pro Chancellor; Prof. (Dr.) Sanku Bose, Vice Chancellor; Prof. Supratim Sen, Pro Vice Chancellor (Administration); and Prof. Dr. Summauli Pyne, Director of Global Affairs & International Relations.
Students and faculty members of the School of International Languages showcased a vibrant celebration featuring Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish languages, highlighting the richness of global cultures.
